Artificial intelligence is no longer a thing of the future – it is reality and offers great opportunities to make processes more efficient, resource-friendly and future-oriented. With this clear call, Managing Director Irene Wagner invited all employees at the Marktschellenberg and Zalaegerszeg sites to identify potential for AI use in the company as part of an internal initiative.

The result: 21 innovative, practical and inspiring ideas on how artificial intelligence can improve everyday work at psm protech. A team of experts took on the task of evaluating the submitted proposals and recommending the most promising concepts for implementation.

The selection was not easy – many of the entries demonstrated great creativity, technical understanding and genuine forward thinking. The applause at the ceremony to present and honour the best ideas was correspondingly loud.

The three most convincing ideas were awarded a cash prize, a certificate and a trophy specially designed and manufactured by psm protech. The other winners also received cash prizes and certificates.

We are very proud of the commitment and innovative spirit of our employees and would like to thank everyone who brought this campaign to life. The implementation of the first ideas has already begun – another step towards an intelligent, sustainable future at psm protech.
