With us you will find customized assemblies for your specific requirements, manufactured automatically or by hand.

For more than 30 years, we have been your high-performance partner for complex electromechanical and purely mechanical assemblies made of plastic, metal and electrical components.

Our services include consulting, co-development, design and construction, our own toolmaking and special purpose machine design, as well as assembly of complex assemblies in best-cost countries worldwide.

We put together our assemblies in accordance with your individual specifications from internally manufactured stamped and plastic injection-molded parts, overmolded lead frames, electronic components (microswitches, Hall effect sensors, transistors etc.) to create complex pre-assemblies in lot sizes ranging from small runs to high-volume production (> 3 million/a).

We use linked assembly lines to put together the individual components of the assembly, which then undergoes an EOL test cycle (mechanical, acoustic, electrical function tests etc.) according to individual customer requirements.

We currently manufacture assemblies for use in gear units, plug-in hybrids and digital tachographs in the automotive sector. Our assemblies are also used in machine and special purpose system engineering.
