TRAINING

For us, training at psm protech in the Bavarian town of Marktschellenberg is about sustainable HR development and securing the future – and having lots of fun in working with our young people. Our commitment has been recognized with a certificate of excellence awarded by the German Federal Employment Agency.

ATTRACTIVE TRAINING COURSES FOR A SECURE FUTURE

You're looking for a successful start to your working life and interesting prospects for the future?

Apply for one of our training course in five different occupations. In addition to excellent technical training at an international company, regular appraisals and exam preparation from the outset, we also promote and encourage teamwork and the development of team spirit. This is our way of laying the foundations for a good working relationship and taking our trainees seriously right from the start. After completing their training and starting full time, we offer our young employees an internship abroad at a subsidiary of KERN-LIEBERS.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS A TRAINEE AT PSM PROTECH:

We offer team building, conduct prevention workshops and promote project work across various courses of training, for example in working on the BIM (trade fair for vocational training) or in environmental projects. We encourage collaborative learning and provide help and assistance in all areas. We train our technical apprentices in all of the basics in their own training workshop.

Our annual apprentice outing provides an insight into the training departments at other companies or the working worlds of psm protech suppliers and customers. Our in-house newspaper includes a separate section specifically for our trainees offering reports on various different topics. Our doors are always open for the interests and concerns of our trainees.
