The 130 employees who work for us in Marktschellenberg (Upper Bavaria) come from 14 different nations. We believe in different gods, were born into different cultures, and have therefore very different views on many aspects of life and cooperation. Sometimes this is challenging, but always fascinating and ultimately very rewarding. Our in-house German lessons ensure good communication. For us diversity and intercultural cooperation are not just empty phrases. What’s more – it also facilitates good cooperation with our colleagues in Hungary, China and Mexico, who manufacture psm products of the highest quality.
